I think you're wrong. A sub 40k BTC will strike fear into the masses and likely send us lower. I hope it bottoms out at 42k

If funding rate is low, which it is, with out any major liquidations - which there haven’t been (in contrast to recent corrections), then there’s more chance of investors piling in with leverage at sub 40k prices.
