Our team is aware of the issue where the NRC app is crashing on Apple Watch, as well as the coach voiceover disappearing from the Guided Runs. We hope to have them both resolved soon. In the meantime, please ensure your iOS and watchOS are up to date.

There seems to also be an issue with the runs not showing in workouts. I ran using the NRC app on my watch today and although it crashed, it still recorded the run on the NRC app but it is missing from my workouts in the fitness app. All very frustrating! Hope it’s fixed soon!

Hey there! Although the NRC app isn't partnered with Apple Activity/Apple Fitness, your runs should always sync to Apple Health. If your latest run doesn't show in your iPhone's Health app, meet us in DM with some screenshots and your Nike Member email.

I’m missing my run from Saturday 17th July. Saved it on my Apple Watch but it never uploaded on the phone app and it’s not even recorded on my watch in NRC

Frustrating as hell. I can’t end my run on my Apple Watch. Closing the app and even restarting the watch doesn’t resolve the issue. My average pace get’s slower and slower as the minutes go by. 😫

I hope this comes soon... not only am I losing guided runs (while marathon training using your plan) but my miles turned into meters the other day... not necessarily a game breaker, but very odd...

My running record this morning using Apple Watch to track disappear immediately after finishing and pressing “stop”. I completed the half marathon mark to achieve 21.3km. I need the record to submit for the VR competition. Can it be retrieve from anywhere of Nike database??

I also have the same problem with the crashing but my main concern is the voice over.I put the app to tell me when I finished my run but not to tell me the half point.I don’t want that can it just tell me when I finish. It use to do it in the past.

Hey there, Alex. Let's figure this out. Within NRC Settings, do you have Audio Feedback on and set for 'end of run only'? If you're unsure, let's double check. Go to NRC Settings> Audio Feedback> Feedback Frequency. What does it say there? Let meet back in DM. 👇
