I do not understand why they didn’t make him a super soldier. WTF. He’s at a massive disadvantage to his enemies. Not only that, frankly it feels disrespectful to not give him the same level of power as Rogers

What I would done with Falcon is focus on his aerial style while getting an upgrade on his experimental tech.
Use his knowledge of being more agent like from being with captain and being friends/mentor.
His mission would be from the USA military and someone they know they can…

This Captain America cannot be Captain America unless he gets the juice. With the juice he’ll get throttled, or at least he should. And I call 🐂 💩 on him being able to control his shield like Steve Rogers without the super serum.
I wonder about those rewrites/reshoots 🤔
