Rangeela 1995-Sarkar Raj 2008 has to be the greatest single phase of Hindi Cinema. The kind of movies RGV Directed & produced for others is nothing short of phenomenal. A golden phase that must be captured in a Series.Have only heard folklores about it.And they all sound riveting.

@neerajdhoot This could be a movie I make at some point in life. All of us, his fans turned filmmakers have multiple theories on it.

@Navjotalive agree with you..I’d say 95-2005 the RGV Decade. Of course it’s a subjective opinion 🙂

@Navjotalive I see Satya (1998) as his pinnacle and Company (2002) as the beginning of decline. Sarkar series was loud, wannabe and insufferable.

@Navjotalive @nikkhiladvani and look at the monstrous atrocity that has become of the man. he was always the cynic and the disruptor. But that nosedive into descent is what I’m more keen on finding out. Like you can see glimpses of the chaos, but where exactly “the flip” happen is borderline terrifying

@Navjotalive Indeed. RGV heydays and SRK shone at its peak in this era of 13 years.

@Navjotalive True. His early Teugu phase is even better. It's regrettable the caricature that he has become. But some strange confidence that he has in himself to keep going hammer and tongs even today.

@Navjotalive So true. Ram Gopal Varma, Priyadarshan and Rajkumar Santoshi, it was their time and they absolutely knocked it out of the park with their cult creations.
