We hear a lot of talk about defunding Medicare, Social Security, and other programs for senior citizens.
Why do we never hear talk about defunding welfare?

We do hope defending bulls are stupid and just make more problems that cost citizens more money.. We could fix homelessness overnight if we gave a 💩about it. Cutting SS Has always been a destruction anyway because social security is unrelated to the deficit

They are continually looking for ways to pay for ‘programs.’ If they took half their time from thinking up garbage policy, they could cut the fat, save taxpayer money for appropriate use. That would require saying some ideas were wrong, need to be redone. That will never happen.

I paid into Social security since I was 14 so I intend to start collecting Social security checks in 1 year, it's not an entitlement or to be defunded it's owed to me and anyone else who works long enough to have credits to start drawing on Social security.
