🚨NEW EP ALERT🚨
The global response to coronavirus has made clear that the fear of contracting disease has an unfortunate companion: xenophobia.
And that link between xenophobia and disease has a long history in the U.S.
Hey y'all! We need your help for an upcoming episode.

Release the racist!
It will be open season...sadly. Conservative politicians have been contributing to this racism theme for some time. Climate change deniers, anti science and racism all go hand in hand. Follow the dollar.

I’ve been frustrated with describing this ant Asian/Chinese racism as “xenophobia” as if Chinese Americans haven’t been part of the US for centuries. It implies an excuse for the racism

Fears about coronavirus are no justification for anti-Asian discrimination. We need to confront this behavior when we encounter it.
