Having my advisor call me and ask me why I didn’t match OBGYN makes me want to die. That was such an awful phone call

I’m glad I get to be humiliated again every few days because it’s not like I keep having nightmares about already being the worst doctor ever.

@MySystolic I would have asked them that question! Also, crying is totally ok. Sometimes that vulnerability is a stress relief and wake up call to them.

@MySystolic sincerely, having met some women ob-gyns who should be working in a dungeon because they get paid to be sadists there. If you are not them, you are already way ahead of so many horrible white woman ob-gyns I have seen, one who removed my IUD without knowledge or consent.
