Actually, this is due to toxic masculinity (an offshoot of misogyny) which tells men that they need to be men enough. When men do these enlargements (there’s penis surgery for enlargement now?), they do it for their ego because toxic masculinity ties their ego to sexual prowess.

Sigh.. Women have always been complaining of how they don't want shrimp and small sized penis, men go for enlargement and it's now toxic masculinity that is the cause, men can take responsibility for what they do but it must be systemic misogyny that forces women
