El Rufai will be remembered as the man who brought to pass the Kaduna Urban renewal but made parents jobless and forced children of the poor out of public schools due to increase in school fees. Height of it is he will go into history as the governor who witnessed more killings.

As for me, there is nothing like urban renewal in kaduna, what i see is only infrastructural improvement which is the least aspect of a holistic urban renewal process
