! Lots of learnings to take from it, both positives and areas to learn from. I wanted to highlight one specific area we worked hard on and break it down a bit:

There were two different randomization concepts for this drop:
1) Selection process
2) Luggage variants
The aim of both was to be as fair, transparent, and trustless as possible.

Selection process
All entries were assessed for certain criteria prior to being added to a raffle wave. This means that for all entries, even if they were already added in the queue, we re-assessed to make sure they meet requirements and then go a randomization roll

Selection process
The idea was to do a live selection using a variety of data, including that on-chain, to determine acceptance into that raffle wave. That is why you saw waves parsed out in smaller batches throughout the mint to perform this selection.

Selection process
The roll took into account many factors, including your Clone X holdings to increase your odds in the raffle. While the process was as trustless as possible, clone holders (more % per clone) and verified real accounts were given priority.

Luggage Variants
You may have noticed throughout the mint you received a tokenId from 1-4 when minting luggage. This randomization was done trustlessly with
@chainlink
VRF to ensure we had 0 impact on the final results.

Luggage Variants
After the mint, metadata was updated to reflect the rarity mechanism but note that all the randomization was done on chain, only the metadata/asset was updated to reflect what the chain already chose

Sorry but I was there & it was so bad, staring 2.5h on a screen only to lose out to bots. Scrap that draw mechanics & use WL system. Also the boost you gave to CloneX holders did nothing when competing with hundred thousands bots looping transactions. Bots won, whatβs the point?

Was it mentioned that each wallet can only mint 1 luggage? Or hold 1 luggage in their wallet? Apparently this wallet was 'lucky' enough to be selected to mint twice?

The selection randomness didn't have an impact on the luggage variants. Once you were selected, you had the same odds as everyone else to mint the different types of luggage
