Had a lot of family growing up that did so much for me but never taught me how to do it for myself. I get tunnel vision on things I’m passionate about. And now I’m learning the hard way that I probably should take certain things more seriously. Just trying and hoping for the best

I recommend setting alarms and reminders to do those things, it’s tedious and routines feel like a trap but it’ll help you progress and make better habits over time. You can do it 🙌

Growing up in a low income/broken family they don’t teach you how to do “adult” things bc they’re busy learning how to survive and live. These are generational traumas passed down that are extremely hard to break, be kind to yourself. We’re all trying to figure it out <3
