Terrorism is an inherently political label, easily abused and misused. Let’s be clear: There is no legal authority for designating a domestic group. Any such designation would raise significant due process and First Amendment concerns.

@MattWalshBlog I agree with what you are saying, but I also believed that people should have been arrested when they ignore laws (or store policies) and when beaches and parks were marked as closed. Where does that place me as a conservative, I do not know...nor care.
