They have 65k as a population and can rely on off shore banking. Hard to place as gold standard

Not sure I understand how their population size and economic structure somehow takes away credit for how well they have handled the pandemic. Yes they are small. Yes they have a large financial services industry. But they could have mishandled it like many others have.

Based on what you’ve outlined, I don’t believe so. Testing their entire population by itself is outstanding, much less the rest.
