No where in this report does it say “T&T is an exercise in 4 years of no management”.
Misquoting a credible and respected analyst in a lazy and sloppy attempt to score political points is sure to achieve just the opposite.
Do better.

As a journalist it makes me furious when people deliberately misrepresent their interviewees like this.
The incentive for good analysts and experts to share their views with the media diminishes with every shoddy hack piece.
