2/5 required the CCRP to pay Cameron County a total of $16,026.02, which could have been otherwise spent on outreach and growing the Texas GOP. The documents reflect that causes of action for breach of contract and quantum meruit were asserted against Graham and the CCRP.

3/5 Further, the documents reflect that Democrat-linked operative, @MarkMcCaig , also with the TRI, served as legal counsel for Graham and the CCRP throughout the lawsuit. Did Graham pay McCaig from her own money, or did McCaig's pockets grow fatter using the CCRP as a slush fund?

4/5 No public statements about the incident have been released, showing a lack of respect for the constituents whose money was squandered. Is this the type of leadership the TX RINO Project wants to foist upon Texas? We demand more details about the $16k+ doled out to the Texas

5/5 Government by Graham and her CCRP. The people of Texas are entitled to know about this mismanagement of funds and the subsequent cover-up of the lawsuit. It's time for Texas Republicans to demand better of their leadership.
