This guy is sick: In one of the random shootings, ABC24 TV reports the Memphis Shooting suspect got into a crash and pretended to need help. A women in scrubs came to help him. He then shot and killed her.

I wonder how stoned he was? Either he has severe mental issues and his guns are illegal obtained (can you get a gun if youre in and out of behavior clinics or have an arrest record? Dont think so), he is pure evil (maybe) or he is a total drug addict. Probablythe legal stuff.
