With the current setup of FriendTech, fair launches have not been possible. Sniping & non-transferability of keys makes it difficult to onboard big users.

Not at the moment - pointed this out in the documentation.
But users can sell the shares through the proxy contract, receive ETH from it, and then buy directly on FriendTech to get the points.

cool thanks for sharing. One thing to mention though is by using your smart contract you will never be a direct owner of your or other ones shares, since the FT smart contract is designed like that (only msg.sender can be the owner)
