I don't know how the Jaguars can watch this game, the one they are supposed to be playing in, and not think that they need to be extremely aggressive this offseason.
They only have themselves to blame if not. The window is closing

They first need to admit they have to make two changes. GM & OC. If they stay put they’re the 3/4 team in the AFC. 3rd because Tennessee fired Vrable. Shad is soft and won’t fire the anchor. He’s major money either way.

It’s not “they”. It’s the two people making player personnel decisions - Shad Khan & Trent Baalke. Baalke will do anything he wants and Shad won’t get rid of him. The team will never improve unless that changes.
