@MackTruckNic They should at least be behind bars for the rest of their lives. The harm, long-term mental, physical and social damage they have done is beyond repair. They have to over come so much just to live a normal, productive life if it is possible, get the right counseling, support.

@nf660066 The annual cost to keep a criminal incarcerated is pretty much a livable annual salary. Its such a kick in the ass that the taxpayers, including victims, foot the bill.
