April was a big month for us as we finally went on MAINNET!
It definitely feels like we have been on mainnet for months but it has only been two weeks!

Highlights
1) Mainnet Launch
After 9 months of intense development, MES Protocol finally went live on 11th April and became a cross rollup DEX sitting on Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync Era∎.

2) MES Convert on Mainnet We went on mainnet with the MVP of MES because we went on mainnet of three rollups and we wanted to make sure things will go smoothly. We added MES Convert 3 days after mainnet launch as it was working well and we wanted to keep the momentum.

3) Ethereum Mainnet
1 week after mainnet launch we went on Ethereum mainnet. By doing such we can serve as a gateway connecting L1 chain and L2 rollups. Users can seamlessly operate between L1 Ethereum and L2 rollups on MES without the use of a bridge.

4) Quarter Roadmap Review
We published a Quarter Roadmap Review (Q1 2023) so everyone knows our progress and the adjustments made in comparison to what we have mapped out in the beginning of the year.

Dev and Stats
1) New Withdrawal Flow
After receiving feedbacks from the community on the withdrawal flow, we have revised the procedure into the following:

1. On portfolio page, select the chain you want to withdraw
2. Select the token you want to withdraw, input the withdraw amount
3. Confirm and navigate to the Transfers page
4. There would be a pending withdrawal, click on "Claim Tokens" and sign a transaction in Metamask

2) Mainnet Stats
In terms of numbers, we have had:
- 29,290 connected wallets
- 4,368 deposited/withdrawn
- 3,198 placed trades
We are utterly surprised and thank you to everyone who trusted us and tried out MES.

We started
#MeetOurNeighbour
marketing campaign from 1st April and up till today we have collaborated with 23 projects where we introduced each other on our Twitter to let our communities learn about various dapps in different ecosystems.

What’s next
Now that we are on mainnet, our journey to becoming the cross rollup DEX in a rollup centric has finally begun and we are very excited for the opportunities awaiting MES in the coming months and beyond.
