indeed, internalized misogyny affects all girls/women, but mitsurus case is particular. as a girl who has to inherit the kirijo group, is affected in particular as she has to become part of a male-dominated space as a woman, that being becoming a businesswoman.

even if mitsuru is a absolutely capable girl with a natural sense of responsibility and leadershipshe stills submits herself to men (that being the arranged marriage) bc of her internalized misogyny and bc its bc she wants to help her father.

she puts herself to the risk of entering an abusive relationship (as at the end of her social link her fiancé reacts violently to her after she stands up for the mc/femc) to renounce to her individuality to help her father and the group.

even if mitsuru is a character that presents traditionally masculine features, such her stoic personality, we later learn she want to embrace her femininity. she can't perceive herself as feminine bc of her internalized misogyny.

as teddy said, shes the opposite to yukari, whos a highly feminine girl, not only bc of her pinky and cute style but bc of how she totally embraces it.

yet, even if mitsuru sees herself in yukari its not until she becomes friends with yukari and later with the additions to mitsurus social lin in femcs route she learns to accept it. to celebrate her girlhood.
