@LtCameron88 I’d prefer a retcon, but a reboot is possibly more practical. Idk if I’d trust a reboot with the wrong people in publishing pulling the strings and wrong writing/design teams. The current teams might be alright, but I’m not sure.

@RowanAGallagher If we retcon anything, it's everything. Halo has too much going that retconning just one Era would be detrimental

@LtCameron88 Infinite already was a reboot whether we like it or not. Halo does however need to expand, whether it's more side-games like Halo Wars or spin-off DLC like ODST. It needs to branch-out not barrel forward.

@DrakeBG757 It was a soft reboot, which mostly was just used to conclude the Created Conflict and change the artstyle back to a more classic feel. Everything else didn't change. GEN 2 still exists, Halo 4 and 5 happened, and he still wore those armors

@LtCameron88 Doesn't need a reboot buuut need a clean up, starting from restoring what franky broke from the lore, stopping doing a skip every time they failed (looking at you h4, h5, h6) no more main story fragmented in trans media, stoping lore that doest go anywere (halo show)

@LtCameron88 People need to stop using reboots as an answer to a problem. There's so much history and story for the Halo games to dive into and a plethora of genres to experiment with. What Halo needs is to use what it already has and expand on it.
