California Capital Democrats move to abolish property rights. They want to get rid of proposition 13 so your home will be reassessed to today’s value. What will grandma do? Join the homeless? @TedNordblum

@LoriMills4CA42 @TedNordblum This prop is BAD for CA homeowners. I can't even imagine how poorly they'll word the proposition on the ballot to confuse voters into passing it. Our property tax is already 1 of the highest. Eliminating prop 13 will be devastating for too many families.

@LoriMills4CA42 @TedNordblum Prop 13 has nothing to do w/ property rights; it's about property tax freeze levels.

@RecordsPaper911 @TedNordblum It has everything to do with property rights if the government makes it impossible to keep your property.

@LoriMills4CA42 @TedNordblum Get rid of it. "As a consequence of Proposition 13, homeowners in California receive a property subsidy that increases the longer that they own their home. It has been described as a contributor to California's housing crisis, as its acquisition value system (where the assessed…

@LoriMills4CA42 @TedNordblum It's already INSANE that this state can't function when it robs 13.5% of our money already.

@LoriMills4CA42 @TedNordblum I was afraid of this. When they say they want you to own nothing and like it, they mean it. This is right out of an American Fabian Socialist - Marxists handbook.

@LoriMills4CA42 @TedNordblum I wonder how many millions Zuckerberg will spend to push this. Prop 15 was the first step to attack property taxes. Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, spent nearly $11 million backing Proposition 15, a California ballot measure to raise property taxes on large…

@LoriMills4CA42 @TedNordblum Generally, I think our California politicians are an absolute mess. However, as somebody who moved to California from Texas, I believe Prop 13 creates a lot of problems for young families that are trying to establish themselves in California. Very few other states have a law like…

@LoriMills4CA42 @TedNordblum This is a nightmare for home owners and allows the government to charge you whatever they want for property taxes. The great impoverishment.
