@newsfromfta If that was secured, would it not just have taken the unit with it at that weight....? I’d say more to do with the wrong camber / equipment.

@newsfromfta @LeftPeggers Stainless? That's expensive. Now tell me the integrity has not been compromised and either when commissioned or at some point in the future it won't leak/rupture in operations, with an unrevealed failure. If noting else, a huge amount of re-inspection work
