Try glycine amino acid powder if your interested. It’s the second most common amino acid in our bodies and it’s super cheap on Amazon.. it speeds up metabolism, and best thing, it’s a strong appetite suppressant at the right dose 😳 I’m surprised I don’t hear about it more here.

according to multiple sources it does help with HDL-C and after-weight loss surgery patients, but it does not promote weight loss more than placebo groups

i relapsed last month and started counting cals again and fasting do you think this will work for someone who isn’t underweight or who isn’t skinny cause when i recovered i gained lots of weight so i’m just wondering
