@sophiascals Try glycine amino acid powder if your interested. It’s the second most common amino acid in our bodies and it’s super cheap on Amazon.. it speeds up metabolism, and best thing, it’s a strong appetite suppressant at the right dose 😳 I’m surprised I don’t hear about it more here.

@sophiascals I legit had to remember to eat when I started taking it throughout the day because I would forget, and lost a lot of weight and I wasn’t big to begin with.

@abstractcousin @sophiascals according to multiple sources it does help with HDL-C and after-weight loss surgery patients, but it does not promote weight loss more than placebo groups you got placebo’d White kidney bean does work though, I think there’s like 3 proven supplements that work
