I totally agree, my whole family is from Minnesota, me and my mom and sister are from California. Midwesterners are nice to each other… that’s about it.

people in the Midwest are not "nice," Midwesterners believe in a rigid and doctrinaire set of interpersonal norms that compel them by social force to act in certain ways. their hearts are vast and empty.

I’m from WA. Moved to WI as a teen. This is all 100% accurate. They’re only nice to you if you look like a fellow midwesterner and also follow their lifestyle. If you don’t then you’re treated like a pariah.
