There’s 15 years between my parents, age is not the end of the world so long as it is two consenting adults who are happy in that relationship, I don’t agree with the reasoning in the post but I don’t think the age gap between the parents is the problem here

The 15 year age gap isn’t as significant as the fact that mom would’ve been 20 at the oldest when they got together. The difference between a 20 y/o woman and a 35 y/o man is pretty significant. Does it always mean the relationship is abusive? No. But we see abusive qualities >>
