@LITFLblog @medmastery Some of this might be wrong as I have no context. But I think there is retrocardiac consolidation with air bronchograms. Depending on context that R shoulder may need a closer look… I was wondering if there is a tiny R apical PTX but I don’t think so. Context is so helpful!
