The actual article doesn’t state that they are not returning. The actors are just not in the roll call YET. Rumor based / fan blogs are trying to spin this as a confirmation. So we can definitely still be hopeful that they are on set for a future roll call!

Same as happy as I am that Jon bernthal is back as the punisher there more important to be in the show than frank but I’m still happy he’s back

They are probably trying to bring them all back and work if possible around the schedules for whatever other projects the actors are currently working on and only releasing it if it has been secured as humanly possible.

Yes please. Super happy Daredevil is coming back, but it's hard to imagine it without these two. Hope they can bring them back too.
