@KristinLRaught Very Cool shot!! I was at the Newport News Shipbuilding&DD when they were building The Nimitz in '73. It was commissioned in '75. It was an amazing ship From the keel up It has 2 nuclear reactors I believe For propulsion. So great to See your photo!!! It takes me back!! Thanks

@LT_Dan_bcfd It was quite impressive. I was fortunately really close, too! It's just so massive. Oh, and they were blaring the horn which was, sorry to say, even more exciting to hear than a ferry horn! And it echoed thru the passage...it was awesome.

@crstateofmind Just came back from San Diego, so I'm guessing its back for a bit. It wasn't full of cars and people so maybe just up for repairs?

@KristinLRaught Oh wow, we were on the ferry crossing from Pt. Townsend to Coupeville and saw it. It's huge!
