Might seem stupid to feel genuinely distraught over a crumbling social media site that arguably has given me brain damage but i really do value the pals i have met on here and I don’t want to lose that. Y’all are great.

Also I like having a social media where you dont need to “make content” to use it and can just lurk and peruse yfm? Tiktok is like having a part time job. Ig is highly curated outside of stories. [grumble grumble]

Right? Twitter may be a vile cesspit of toxicity most days, but with ample use of the Block feature I've managed to turn my feed into a really wonderful place where I feel connected to a ton of beautiful individuals and substantially less isolated. I don't want it to die😭

In seriousness - Twitter has become my odd little steam vent. A low pressure space where nearly no one knows me (& that's great) & I just get to be my full weird self. Sometimes just fragments. Sometimes just sparks and eyes. No mask
