I am a teacher. between kids screaming racist, and politicians screaming racist and news media screaming racist I think the word racist has lost its meaning. why use it? It’s become the Car alarm of the English language , everybody hears it but nobody pays any attention

Agreed. Pointing out the condition of Baltimore is not racist. Bernie Sanders went there in 2015 and said conditions there were equivalent to a third world country. They are worse now.
Rep. Elijah Cummings should get his house/Baltimore in order.
