@JoshSeefried @michaeleyerger I’m not knocking the skills needed to be a good agent in a competitive market, but it’s a low barrier of entry. No degree of any kind required. You pass a state exam that you can study for at home. That’s it. So it’s easier to do that at 18 than most professions.
