@JorisvandeRiet @ANNVYSHINSKY I wonder, if you would try to come up with a general theory of law after the WW1 slaughter, failure of ideologies, and the rise of science, then, would you not want to purify your theory of all the crap that lead into the disaster? Just a thought.
