Had tons of issues with Rogers as well. Had more than 8 technicians visit and tell me โnothing is wrongโ. Switching to Bell fixed the constant lagging problems for me.

Rogers is the WORST. We pay hundreds of dollars just for data and wifi and I stg neither are ever as fast or as good as they say it should be.
