If we are serious about climate change, solar and wind power are not enough. We need to replace coal and gas electric plants with solid baseload, environmentally clean nuclear power plants. Thank you.

Just remember to get the green jobs and training in place before you kill the carbon based jobs.
If your job is terminated on Friday, you need a new job (or at least paid training) available on Monday -- where you are, not 3 states away.
