During the years of George W Bush, conservatives coined this term "Bush Derangement Syndrome" and the notion was that all the dumb libs screaming about what a disaster Bush was had lost their minds. They were just knee jerk partisans. They didn't understand nuance. Etc etc etc.

Trump is worse because he destabilized the United States. Between courting new enemies like China and bungling old alliances like NATO, it could get even worse.
