@Jazzie654 What perplexes me is that people had to be told to get out of the way. Why would a person run out and get in front of a car that is being driven by a crazy person? After watching her almost hit one guy the woman just sat there in harms way.

@Jazzie654 U know what I think the best thing to do here is? With the history of ppl using cars as weapons? Take a car,block exit from pkg lot, wait for cops. Using bodies to block her is a bad idea, I get it but bad idea. Insurance will cover cars. Id worry she’d leave pkg lot and kill ppl
