@JamesPhillips00 @curryja In this article, we have "genuine consensus" on 3 bullet items and "considerable debate" on 4 bullet items, K = 3/4 = 75%. We have C = 97% (by itself debatable). According to this article, the K:C ratio is 75%x97% = 73%.
