All the issues people are having with the new Road Traffic Act is because of a failure of the GoJ to do the public education campaign. 🤦🏽♂️

One would think they would’ve gathered all a the people them (stakeholders) inna one room to discus this before passing these laws…..because look pon the car seat law; a smaddy weh drive and never tek a bus / taxi inna them life implement that.

You can't educate on the impractical, unworkable part of a Policy that is fraught with inconveniences and worse for the citizenry. Jamaican legislators seem to act to the detriment of the people more than anything else...
