@ja_soulja You're clearly ignorant of some facts. Since Portmore became a municipality it is treated as a SEPARATE Local Authority with its own elected Mayor & Council; the taxes collected there goes only to Portmore, not St. Catherine. It's purely political. Don't doubt it! HNY! 👍🏽

@JahCess None at all...poor transportation, no hospital, no market etc.etc...it relies on KSA & St. Catherine
