Yes, police just have it so hard. 20th most dangerous job out there. Groundskeepers have a more dangerous job. Trash and recyclable material collector has a more dangerous job.

Police often use force when it is not necessary, and escalate situations that require intervention of a mental health professional. I have had 2 non violent friends killed by police during a mental health crisis. Donโt call the police. Dial 988.
