@Schaffrillas I think Disney+ was the worst thing to ever happen to the MCU and Star Wars. the content saturation assembly line approach has not been beneficial to either franchise. some gems have emerged regardless, but overall the sheer volume of mid content is getting really exhausting.

@Irish_Lad94 @Schaffrillas The issue was not because of Disney+ it’s because of too much content and the writing.

@MrJulianR1 @Schaffrillas ... The volume of content exists to fill and incentivise the platform, without that delivery method, this volume of content wouldn't have existed, the bad writing is the result of the volume of content. so yeah, Disney+ and its business model is the root of the problem.

@Irish_Lad94 @Schaffrillas Straight up Disney+ shows assassinated my interest in Marvel and Star Wars. An absolute assembly line of the middest material ever conceived, with each show being 8 hours long minimum to get through making it essentially homework to understand current canon.

@James04994193 @Schaffrillas yup, if you wanted to catch up with the MCU before, you had Iron Man 2, Incredible Hulk, Thor Dark World, and Captain Marvel as mid or worse, and then the rest was decent or better. in total that's like 8 hours of mid content. Disney+ multiplies the mid exponentially.

@Irish_Lad94 @Schaffrillas Disney content as a whole is bad now, they’re focusing on franchises and mass producing garbage, probably to push stuff on Disney+
