Do you have any more information on if they can sign deals with American companies outside the US getting paid in local currency? Or local companies, local currency only ?

In Theory they should be able to sign deals in their home country. But not direct information on which type of company.

Here is the policy by Florida. They advised international students to enter NIL agreements having sought guidance from their International student center.
