@HyattCraig Hard to be on time with bad direction. Good direction is more efficient. Bad direction could be perfectly timed and whiff.

@HyattCraig Bingo. I’ll add one more - swing at hittable strike. 99% of hitters immediately go to a swing change first, when they should prioritize 1. pitch selection, 2. timing, 3. movement, then any real changes (which btw happen over long stretches - 1-3 can be changed overnight)

@HyattCraig The number one reason amateur hitters fail IMO. Especially when facing mediocre or absolute garbage pitching. If you can’t be on time then……uh oh

@HyattCraig But a great swing allows to be on time, more often. And the teach for adjustable isn’t by “sinking into the ground”
