Custody of Infants Act again just E&W, as divorce was much easier in Scotland & fewer patriarchal rights in Scots Law.

@Huttoneer @BradfemlyWalsh Well said! And of course the Abortion Act has never applied in NI. Up to a few months ago women here were still being prosecuted for buying the same pills prescribed in GB and a young woman was prosecuted for having an abortion using pills.
