Not a single transwoman had any part in these groundbreaking acts. Stop your bloody lies.
Our trans sisters have paved the way for the road to justice & liberation for all women. We will not be divided in our resistance βπ½βπΏβπΌ

Their hijacking of womenβs rights history is sickening. They will never be satisfied until they own every bit of womenβs history right back to the bloody Stone Ages

Grunwicks, Imperial Typewriters, Dagenham Machinists, various hospital disputes and fights to save nursery provision. Mostly women led, some in spite of their trade unions objections, most with the solidarity of the labour movt.

While unconnected with the purpose of this tweet, Married Women's Property Act 1870 only applied in E&W. 11 more years till an equivalent Scots Act was passed. Custody of Infants Act again just E&W, as divorce was much easier in Scotland & fewer patriarchal rights in Scots Law.

Well said! And of course the Abortion Act has never applied in NI. Up to a few months ago women here were still being prosecuted for buying the same pills prescribed in GB and a young woman was prosecuted for having an abortion using pills.

TRAs have already claimed that transwomen gained rights for gay people, so claiming this lie is the logical next step. There's nothing they won't claim credit for.
