I just counted. 42 to date for me. It really really irritates me too. I don’t mind DMs from someone I have had conversations with but the instant “getting to know you” is intolerable.

That's an automatic block. I had a girl dm me, thought my WWII pic made me male. It's a family pic, most WWII vets are deceased. When she realized I was female she stopped following me 🤦♀️😂

In the last two weeks I keep getting the same girl with different names and their accounts are empty of tweets and have been around for at least 3-6 years

Oh, no, I have DMd people small stuff like cute dog picture in your profile, oh great another Bruins fan has joined us. Most of the time people are nice back. I didn’t realize it was a big issue! I see you have fish in yours, so I wouldn’t have said anything!!!

As soon as they ask me where I am from I block them...if you added me without first checking out my profile to see if I am even the type of person you want to associate with..then you have an agenda.
