77% of American workers have no paid parental leave. 1 in 4 moms goes to work 2 weeks after giving birth. Childcare costs as much as college, and the U.S. invests 0.2% of its GDP on it. For a nation seemingly set on making people have babies, we sure don't want to invest in them

Just thinking about how life would be if we, as a nation provided FREE childcare or income replacement for parents for those that stay home.
However GREED Won't allow it sadly!

I am a community college professor and got no paid leave when I had my kids. I was lucky enough to have sick days to use. But most of my students go back to work right away.

We're not a nation set on making people have babies. We're a nation set on forcing one religion upon everybody. The babies are just the pretext.
