@HeemstraLab @jenheemstra @JamesClear Honestly, I fall into this category. I have always delayed things for long periods of time in the pursuit of perfection. Even now, involved in 3 projects that I have delayed over a year in the interests of perfection. Frustration when things not perfect.....

@RajKrishnaswami @jenheemstra @JamesClear It’s tempting, especially when in school we aim for 100% marks, but in research reality, “perfect is the enemy of good enough.”

@HeemstraLab @jenheemstra @JamesClear I have found the notion of “all or nothing” thinking prevalent in so many areas of our lives. Too many people see things as black or white. We need to learn that there is gray.
