@intel @Patrick1Kennedy @ServeTheHome It seems @intelhpc is following @AMD (MI300) and @Nvidia (Grace Hopper Superchip) in having a single package with CPU, GPU and HBM The slight problem is that their competition is doing this in 2023 and Intel's Falcon Shores is planned for 2025 #HPC #AI via @Patrick1Kennedy
